Sort of...

I got a new job, at an amazingly luxurious spa and day resort. I love it!

My old job was kind of a crappy spa, and they not only allowed children in the building, but they offered childrens services too: haircuts, childrens manicures and pedicures. The owner would often stop by with her kids and let them run through the spa like banshees while there were clients in the treatment rooms! Not only annoying, but unprofessional.

My new job doesn't allow anyone under 16 IN THE BUILDING! I love it!!

Congrats! Yahoo - teenagers can be a pain at times, but at least it's 16 - I would hope MOST are tolerable by that point!

I imagine that if we get many teenagers, they will most likely be on the salon side of the building getting the "visual" services like hair and nails. I doubt many of them will be on the spa side getting massages, and if they do, no one complains about a massage!

Awesome. Sounds like a serious upgrade over the last place.

It is. I have to say the other spa was kind of white-trash-ish. Even though it was a brand new building, it was very poorly designed and cheaply decorated and furnished. Very tacky.

I love this new place! The most luxurious linens and modern clean decor. Its really one of the nicest upscale spas in the area.

Oh that's definitely a step (or several) up! That last place did seem pretty sketchy, especially with how they were trying to railroad you into doing stuff you didn't want to do.

Plus (this is how ghetto this place is) the owner is going to start selling knock-off designer purses, watches and accessories in the lobby! Isn't that illegal? It certainly is tacky.
