Me! I am.......I LOVE HISTORY. I especially like American history between 1880's up to the 1960's. My favorite topics in history are Anne Frank and WWll, the Titanic, rock n roll/music history. My favorite types of books are biographies & autobiographies of famous people.

I also enjoy reading biographies. I am interested in cultural history from different eras, especially music and art. I enjoy reading about the history of language and how words become a part of the lingo.

@oneofthefirst: Are you also strongly interested in World War I?

I read a wide variety of biographies. I do not have a favorite type. I tend to like good story telling rather than a litany of facts and dates.

OK; also, though, are you also interested in alternate history if it involves a good story?

Yes. I am watching Man in the High Castle. I am considering reading the novel.

I've been interested in history since childhood. Mostly I focus on architecture and engineering.

Alternate history is also an interesting concept.
