So if I decide I want to test the gluten intolerance with something other than Quaker Oats, something that I KNOW is full of gluten, should I just make a point of eating pasta or bread for a couple days? I'm almost 3 weeks in.. I think I should give it a month total before I test my reaction. But I'm a little scared to find I don't have a reaction and I'm back to square one with my feet swelling. Then again if I don't have a reaction and my feet don't swell up again, then maybe it was just a fluke thing.
