I've only ever lived here, moved from Cumbria which was very quiet. So much more to do here!

I haven't noticed this thread before. Hi fellow Uk-ers! I'm in Portsmouth having moved here 2 years ago. It quite breederish here, but it's fairly easy to get away from. I've lived in London, Kent and Surrey and much prefer it down here...we live in Southsea, which is quite artisan!
Nice to see other Brits on here.

I'm in Surrey.... yummy-mummy village on one side, breeder-ville on the other..... still, quite amusing for the "I LOVE my life moments" I get to experience courtesy of them!

Hello fellow Brits!

I'm in Sheffield and very new to this site (in fact I'm pretty new to being CF actually! )

Me and my Hubby were on the Infertility bandwagon for years before finally realising that our life was fine just as it is!
We were supposed to be starting IVF this later this year, but then we got married in May on a beach in Cuba (just the two of us) we were sipping champagne, watching the sun set, and thought, are we really going to give this up for screaming, ungrateful brats? Not a chance!

So we came home, told our IVF consultant we'd changed our minds and then went and booked another holiday for our first anniversary, in a 5* adults-only hotel!!

AND, we're now planning a 3 week long USA Road-trip in 2013, much to the absolute horror of our friends and relatives!

Good for you, keep it up......!! Nothing more fun than baiting relatives and in the meantime you'll have a fabulous time.


So, another CF Brit here and have never even considered for a nanosecond that having children could be a good idea. So mercifully angst free......

I live near Burton on Trent (although an ex pat Scouser), currently working in Solihull, although this contract ends in a few weeks.

I'm not really the most social of types, but happy to swap emails or help if I can (I'm a HR Director so occasionally I have some insight on employment issues).

I saw an angry verruca the other day......it was on the wart path!! (ok, ok.....it made me laugh )
