Just curious. I feel like the only CF person in this state. I enjoy living here except the political climate right now.

I'm not in Michigan, But I'm in Ontario and frequently go there for groceries, better restaurants, etc. We recently did the "Holiday Nights" at Greenfield Village over there and LOVED it. We're definitely going to make it a holiday tradition!

Ha, ha - there are officially two in Michigan. You and me . I am the only one I know. Michigan is a VERY child friendly place.

Glad to know I'm not the only one in this state. Whereabouts in the state (north, south, east west) are you erogerman?

victoriagrace12: I've been wanting to do the Holiday nights at Greenfield Village. We keep meaning to, but haven't had the chance to do it. I love hanging out at Greenfield Village in the summer. The Henry Ford Museum is also cool. I sometimes go over the border to meet up with some Canadian friends. I have no problem getting into Canada. It's getting back into the US sometimes poses a problem for no particular reason other than the customs guy wants to prove himself tough.

West - near the greatest lake of them all!

I grew up on the west side and miss it a great deal. I love Lake Michigan. I'm on the east side now. It has it's nice points, but there's something special about the west side of the state.
