I was thinking about how the No Bra Day (or whatever it's called) is supposed to be liberating to women in a feminist sense, but it's only liberating if you're happy with your body (I'm not) or not so big that going without is uncomfortable.
Haha, 'liberating'! What a piss-take! A 'no bra day' for me would be like torture! A 'free bras for all' day? Now that would be liberating!! (Women that is...unless requested of course!).
I like being able to run for the bus while holding things other than my E-cups of torment. Without my gaily-coloured boulder-holders, I would be restricted to moving very slowly and carefully unless I wanted to be in a lot of pain and discomfort. No running, no jumping, no climbing the stairs quickly, no horse riding, no trampolining, no enthusiastic disco dancing and no getting out of bed in the days before my period, because it would be TOO DAMN PAINFUL.
Therefore, a bra is liberating for me.

LOL sometimes when I wear a very loose fitting t shirt my breasts will bounce if I run, I don't feel any pain but I find it embarrassing.
If I wear any slightly figure hugging shirt, or wear more than just a shirt, I can run, dance and jump and my breast don't give me any problems. I guess I am just used to it. My breasts are a DD and don't droop down. But its good to wear a bra because sometimes my nipples are visible, I just find them too annoying.
