Hey Christine, How do you feel about Pez as a candy? It's one of the only candies I have never liked. When I was a kid, I didn't even like them, and used the candies as pretend soap bars in Barbie's dream house.
This was right in my town - a bear wandering around loose. Bummed that I missed it. I'd love to see a bear in person (just not TOO close, though). This is the latest of a string of bear sightings up here in the urban parts of the state. I'm glad that I have not heard any breeder outcry about killing all the bears before they eat their brats. The NH Fish & Game people just tranquilize the bear and take it back to the woods, where it can find food that is not out of someone's garbage can.

Viola, I am a beadworker, too. I haven't made anything for quite awhile, unfortunately. I'm hoping *crosses fingers* that once we get the dialysis machine here at home and know what we're doing, I can work on some bead projects whilst the Bald One is getting his treatment. My problem is, we'll be doing it in the evenings and I really like to do bead work with natural light. Even sitting directly under a lamp isn't the same for me. It's probably because I'm getting old
We managed to get something accomplished around here today. The lawn got mowed, I pulled a big cartful of weeds, and brushed out my German Shepherd. It's only the first of many times I'll need to do it. She's not very cooperative; she keeps running away (well, gimping away, at her age). It has to make her feel better so I don't know why she resists. DH was hosing out the rabbit's hutch, and the rabbit at first went into his little enclosed "house" which is attached to his cage. Then he came back out. DH tried to get him to go back inside the house so he wouldn't get wet, then he realized the rabbit wanted to get wet. So he gave him a little shower and dried him off with a towel and brushed him. He's a happy bunny
We even snuck in a couple of hours of fishing before we had to start thinking about getting dinner made. DH made some strawberry freezer jam while the pork was in the oven. I've got my clothes out for tomorrow and will be heading to bed soon. Six AM comes waaayyy too early. I'll sure be glad to have my mornings back when this training is all done.

@wildwench - have you considered trying an OttLite? (http://www.ottlite.com/) I have a desktop one that I use for my crafting, and it really is easy on the eyes and is as close to natural daylight as you can get at night. You can buy them online, or at craft stores like Michaels or Jo-Ann's.
Hope the home dialysis goes well.

Have yet to be asleep. At 2;30 this morning i found out somehow an ebook had been bought on amazon without anyone's permission so once i got that fixed and removed all payment options just in case i started changing passwords. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or not but now i have long and obscure passwords.

Getting a headache. I think it's because I got up too early and have probably spent more time staring at a computer today than I did in the whole 2 weeks I was off work. Only a little over an hour to go.
